Liberal Arts College The Liberal Arts College began as the School of Liberal Arts in 1981 to foster cultured persons with intelligence and virtue. It was expanded to the School of Liberal Arts and Education in 1987 and then promoted to the Liberal Arts College in 2018 to keep pace with the changing educational environment. The Liberal Arts College is largely composed of the Liberal Arts Course, the Teacher Training Course, and the Special Course to realize the university’s educational goals of education for humanization, education for autonomy, education for socialization, education for globalization and education for integration. Included in the Liberal Arts Course are general liberal arts, reading and debating, personality education, required English language class, etc. and the Special Course provides MICE Program and the course for Teachers of Lifelong Education.
