Procedures for issue
1. Fill out the form of application for student card at the Hana Bank office on the campus and pay the fee.
2. Issue under progress
3. The student card will be ready within 5 days. Visit the Hana Bank office bringing the receipt for the fee.
4. Take the issued student card and apply for financial function at the Hana Bank office.
※ Individual re-issue is not possible during the busy season in the beginning of the semester.

7,000 won (Initial issue is done for free.)
Preparation for re-issue
1 ID picture (3 x 4cm), Resident Registration Card (or passport or driver’s license)
The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) was devised in 1950 by the International Student Travel Confederation (ISTC),
a non-profit international organization. The card was revitalized in 1976 by the support of UNESCO.
Now the card is recognized in more than 100 member countries.
It is a must for a student who goes abroad for language training or travel as the student status can be recognized all over the world.

Report the loss of smart student ID card at the Hana Bank office in Dongduk Women’s University (1F of the graduate school) or
the Student Service Center (1F of the Student Building).

2. Join membership in the name of the student
3. Make an application
4. Print with a personal printer
※ The certificate for payment of the educational expenses can be issued after joining the membership in the Web Civil Application Center.
Various certificated can be issued via fax at the public service center in a gu office or a dong office.
(Available only in Korea and the document cannot be sent to a personal fax.)

3. Application can be made anywhere.
4. The certificate can be issued at a gu office or a dong office designated by the applicant.
※ Make the application by personally visiting the gu office or a dong office and the document will be issued within 3 hours
